Requirements / Qualifications
Possess a High School Diploma or its recognized equivalent, three (3.0) infant/toddler development units AND • Has an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development OR • Has a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR • Has a current Associate Teaching Permit issued by the California Commission for Teacher Credentialing (CCTC) • Has or willing to obtain three (3.0) infant/toddler development units* *Candidates selected for the position have 18 months from the date of hire to get 3.0 Infant/Toddler Units. Palermo Union Elementary School District will pay for the units.
