The AMPS Human Resource Director is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of the Amethod Public Schools' talent management strategic plan. Working closely with the Sr. Director of Operations, the Human Resource Director will be responsible for identifying strategies to advance our HR and Talent goals both directly and in partnership with other Home Office teams (e.g., Executive, Instructional). The Human Resource Director will lead the HR team to create and implement a vision for how AMPS can best attract, develop and retain staff while maintaining a professional approach to the tasks assigned to the department.
