Holy Spirit Parish School is located at 3920 West Land Park Drive, Sacramento, CA. The school was established in 1947 and currently employs 36 faculty and staff, with an enrollment TK-8th grade of 305 students. Classroom size ranges from 24 - 34 students. Completion of the California State and Common Core standards for fifth grade drives the curriculum. A strong emphasis is placed on the Catholic faith and its growth in our students and the student’s progress toward achievement of the School-wide Learning Expectations. The teacher is entrusted directly with the spiritual and academic preparation of students, fostering knowledge, skills, and understanding. Teaching subjects include: Religion, math, ELA, and social studies. The teacher is further entrusted with the student’s social and personal growth, providing guidance and examples that promote Catholic values, responsible behavior, and self- fulfillment. The teacher performs this trust in cooperation with the parents, who are the primary educators of their children, with the assistance of support staff and under the direction of the school’s administration.
