BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION Under the direction and supervision of the supervisor, the Personnel Technician performs a variety of responsible and technical personnel clerical functions and activities, may assist in the planning, organization and conduct of employee recruitment, selection, orientation and certificated Induction programs, and assists in the planning, organization, development and maintenance of a comprehensive personnel management storage and retrieval system.
