This recruitment will be used to form an eligibility list. The eligibility list will be active for a period of six months and will be utilized to fill current and future vacancies in this classification. The current vacancy is a the EDCOE front desk. Purpose Statement: Under general supervision by a Program Director/Manager, perform difficult, varied and confidential secretarial and coordinating duties for an administrator by relieving him/her of administrative, technical and clerical details; and other duties as required. Requirements: Education: At a level to demonstrate the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described in the job specification. Experience: Prior clerical, secretarial, and administrative experience of an increasingly responsible nature. Work in an educational setting is preferred.
