The Assistant Principal serves as a collaborative instructional and operational leader who supports the Principal in fostering a safe, inclusive, and academically rigorous learning environment. Guided by the International Baccalaureate (IB) philosophy and Albert Einstein Academies' core values of Inclusion, Access, and Equity, the Assistant Principal promotes student achievement, positive school culture, and continuous school improvement. The Assistant Principal assists in overseeing instructional programs, student support systems, school operations, staff development, and academic accountability. This role works closely with students, families, teachers, and community partners to ensure high-quality educational experiences for all learners. The Assistant Principal also supports hiring, accreditation efforts, professional development, student discipline, standardized testing, and schoolwide initiatives while serving as the Principal's designee in their absence. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong instructional leadership, commitment to educational equity, effective communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships that support student success and organizational excellence.
