Requirements / Qualifications

*Copy of Basic Skills Requirements (Refer to ctc.ca.gov for requirements) *Official transcripts with BA/BS posted *Copy of Certification *Two current letters of recommendation (signed)

Must hold Designated Subject Special Subjects: Reserve Officer Training and Certificate of completion of Staff Development. Junior ROTC US Army Cadet Command Certification.

Must be honorably retired from the United States Army; experience working with youth preferred. - Teaching experience at the U.S. Army ROTC . - Military service school training/operations/Unit Commanding Officer at U.S. Army Training Center. - Knowledge of principles and procedures of military methods-of-instruction techniques and military subject matter. - Must meet physical standards outlined in Cadet Command Regulation - JROTC Curriculum Implementation Plan - Components of the Joint Unit Management Reporting System and JCIMS - Unit Report and Cadet Command Regulation
