Position Summary The primary role of the Assistant Director of Development is to support and grow the culture of philanthropy and active constituent involvement at Vistamar School. A key role in the growth and advancement of the school’s mission that leads with collaboration and positivity, is student-centered, and serves the community in a manner aligned with the beliefs and core values of the school and its leadership. This position reports to the Director of Development and collaborates with the development team to engage constituents and achieve fundraising goals.
