Requirements / Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree • Multiple Subject Teaching Credential • CLAD or BCLAD or equivalent • Experience teaching language arts, math, science, and social studies to elementary students • Must be familiar with and able to teach using the Common Core Standards • Knowledge of differentiated instruction • Ability to address a range of student learning styles • An interest in participating in a Professional Learning Community • Positive attitude • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Use and knowledge of technology in early education • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task • Ability to successfully develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, students, and families
