Requirements / Qualifications

Possession of a valid California Single Subject Foreign Language: Mandarin credential with an English Learners Authorization credential required. If you are currently in a program and will be eligible for a a credential no later than June 30th, please submit a letter from your university verifying your status in lieu of credential copy.

  • Copy of Transcript (Please include BA/BS transcript along with all post-Bachelor's degree transcripts. Unofficial copies will be accepted)
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (current letters within the last 5 years)
  • Resume
  • Test Results/Materials (Copy of CBEST or equivalent basic skills exam)

  • Other (Single Subject Foreign Language: Mandarin with an English Learner Authorization)
  •      OR  Single Subject Teaching Credential - World Languages-Languages other than English (specify) (Mandarin with an English Learner Authorization )
