Job Summary
Under the director of the Executive Director the Human Resources Manager oversees the organization’s daily human resources administrative functions. General duties include but are not limited to planning, coordinating, and directing activities such as staffing, strategic planning and assisting employees with questions and concerns. The manager acts as a liaison between the leadership team and all other employees. The manager plays a key role in building and maintaining culture, the hiring process and employee relations. Manager’s set the tone for the entire human resources department. Previous experience in human resources management which enhanced their knowledge of laws, policies, internal procedures and best personnel practices are desirable. As necessary, the manager will take appropriate disciplinary action for employees who violate rules and regulations and address employee concerns. The manager will collaborate with the Finance Division regarding employee payroll, attendance, benefits and records. The manager will be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills. The manager will ensure Human Resources align with the school’s vision, mission and leadership expectations.

Candidates who successfully complete this phase of process will be interviewed by Altus Directors at a later date.
