In 2014, the Foundation received a two-year grant from The Kresge Foundation to establish a Success Center for California Community Colleges focused on enhancing professional development and student success throughout the system. Since its launch in fall 2014, the Success Center has worked closely with the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office to promote collaboration and learning for community college professionals through professional development and provide policy analysis and research capacity, particularly as it relates to achievement of the Vision for Success goals. The Foundation for California Community Colleges is seeking an individual to join our Success Center team who has experience, dedication, and motivation to support the Chancellor’s Vision for Success, our Center’s goals and activities, and an inclination toward building long term relationships across our organization, the Chancellor’s Office, and the system of 115 California Community Colleges. This work is engaging, fast paced, and ever evolving. Our team is committed, goal oriented and future focused. This position will be charged primarily with ensuring the quality of resources published to the Vision Resource Center.
