Gateway Public Schools’ Director of Enrollment is integral to fulfilling our mission of attracting and educating a student body that represents the diversity of San Francisco. The Director of Enrollment spearheads targeted outreach efforts for both Gateway High School and Gateway Middle School, connecting with schools and community organizations throughout the city, representing Gateway at enrollment fairs and community events, leading open houses and organizing “shadow” days for prospective students and school tours for prospective families, and facilitating the application and enrollment process. The Director of Enrollment must be committed to Gateway’s mission and must possess strong public speaking skills and an engaging personality. The Director of Enrollment reports to the Director of Schools and Partnerships and works closely with both schools’ principals and staff. Start Date: July 19, 2021 with flexibility to start earlier. Salary Range: $80,000 - 90,000 Ability to partially work from home and flex hours as approved by supervisor. Please see the attached job description for more information.
