Requirements: • A special education teaching credential • BCBA, or enrolled in BCBA program
Application Procedure: • Cover/Interest Letter • Resume with a listing of immediate supervisors during the past three years • Three current letters of reference (within the past year from at least one direct supervisor) • Copy of credential • Copies of all college transcripts

- Credential Copy (Copy of Special Education Teaching Credential)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three Letters within the past year)
