Salary Range: $59,498 - $82,389 depending on experience

Portland Public Schools (PPS) Human Resources Department is seeking talented people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. We are seeking an HR Data Analyst who will be responsible for data entry, analysis, and auditing as well as the regular, routine collection and dissemination of employment-related data.

Requirements

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field is required.

• Human Resources Data Analyst I – a minimum of one (1) year of experience working with human resources, payroll, or information technology experience as an application administrator, business analyst, or data entry analyst is required. 

• Human Resources Data Analyst II - a minimum of (3) years of experience working with human resources, payroll, or information technology experience as an application administrator, business analyst, or data entry analyst is required. 

• Any other combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities may be considered.
