The Opportunity The Instructional Aide will work closely with the Education Specialists to deliver individualized services and supports for students with special needs. Additionally, the Instructional Aide may lead small groups to directly teach academic, social-emotional, and life/functional skills. Requirements / Qualifications
What You Will Bring: Qualifications Must have an (a) Associate Degree or higher, or (b) 48 or more college units, or (c) pass Instructional Aide exam. Must pass a criminal background check and TB test clearance Skills & Requirements Ability to remain calm in stressful situations Experience supporting students with disabilities, in a school setting preferred

This position is full-time and follows a 10 month work year with student-free days for professional learning and collaboration with colleagues. Most staff will report early in August (exact calendar TBD).
