Executive Function Specialists is looking for a part-time combined Director of Student Services and Special Education Specialist (interventionist) to support our staff, students, and families to ensure high quality services. Under the direction of the company director, you would collaborate with a team of credentialed teachers, para educators, and administrative assistants to ensure that each family feels supported, heard, and has full access to their education plan. You would need to collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a safe, healthy and supportive learning environment that strengthens connections between home, school, and the community for all students.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure families were adequately represented at all IEP meetings
- Coordinates weekly team meeting with service providers;
- Hold schools accountable for providing clients with appropriate special education services according to their IEP
- Responsible for hiring staff and independent contractors (optional)
- Responsible for supervising and evaluating special education staff and independent contractors (optional)
- Plans and implements professional development programs;
- Responsible for tracking and communicating progress on goals
- Responsible for ensuring delivery of all the prescribed services on IEPs;
- Routinely meets with the director of services
- Provide clear reports, recommendations, and follow through on plan of action
