Job Summary

Job Summary

Klamath River Union Elementary School is located in rural Northern California in the Klamath National Forest on the scenic Klamath River. The campus is surrounded by several acres of well-maintained grounds. We also have a garden and a greenhouse. The school is near Yreka, CA and Ashland, OR (home of the Ashland Shakespeare Festival). Our one teacher school is family friendly with a kind, supportive and hardworking staff. Teaching experience in a multi-grade classroom is preferred.

Requirements / Qualifications

Completed application includes a letter of interest, current professional resume, three (3) letters of professional reference, copy of transcripts, proof of a valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and ability to pass Live Scan background clearance.

This position requires a teacher who is very well organized and willing to wear "lots of hats."
