Seneca’s All-In! Program is currently recruiting a passionate and highly collaborative School Climate and Culture Specialist dedicated to leading school teams in the pursuit of Unconditional Education for all students! The School Climate and Culture Specialist serves on a multi-disciplinary team to assess the culture and climate needs of the school community and create a responsive, culturally relevant annual implementation plan. The School Climate and Culture Specialist aligns social-emotional and behavioral intervention systems in collaboration with the partner school leadership, to create a positive learning environment and school culture. They provide supervision, support and professional development addressing classroom management, school climate topics and individual support to teachers through observation and feedback to improve individualized instruction. They also provide therapeutic, case management and consultation services for a caseload of children and families. Requirements / Qualifications

-A Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, a related field, or equivalent experience -A background working in school settings -A demonstrated record of effectively leading other adults in creating change -Valid California driver’s license, clean record, and insurability under Seneca’s automobile policy -TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other State/Federal licensing or certification requirements -Bilingual in Spanish, a plus!

Responsibilities -Support School-wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (SWPBIS) coordination and teacher coaching, collaborate with the site-based SWPBIS team and act as the internal coach for the system implementation, collaborate with the school’s PBIS Manager to coordinate assessments and ongoing fidelity measurements for the implementation of SWPBIS. -Collaborate with school leadership team to oversee the referral of students requiring social-emotional and behavior support, timely implementation of interventions, the progress monitoring of students receiving interventions, and the evaluation of intervention effectiveness. -Implement research-based interventions aligned with the three tiers of the RTI pyramid, including individual, group, and family therapy and case management for identified students. -Coordinate implementation of research-based social emotional learning (SEL) and positive behavior interventions aligned a multi-tiered intervention framework. -Provide SEL and positive behavior coaching and professional development to support Seneca and school partnership teachers and staff in experiencing success with all students. -Coordinate intensive individual student behavior plans, coach teachers to implement classroom management systems and positive behavior interventions. -Engage school community and caregivers in the educational process through formal professional development trainings and workshops and by providing frequent opportunities to discuss student growth and needs. -Provide consultation to school staff on safety assessments, mental health crises, and accessing social service. -Document interventions provided and provide necessary reports on student progress. -Engage caregivers in the educational process, providing frequent opportunities to discuss student growth and needs. Schedule -Monday - Friday
