Requirements / Qualifications

The Board of Trustees of the Mother Lode Union School District (MLUSD) is seeking a collaborative leader to join our team. Creative, community-oriented individuals with a strong educational leadership background are invited to apply. Purpose Statement: The Superintendent serves as executive officer of the Board of Trustees; assists in the development of educational philosophy and determination of District policies; provides overall educational leadership for the District in assessing needs, developing goals and objectives, setting priorities, securing and deploying resources, and evaluating programs; promotes and encourages maximum educational opportunities for District students. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited post-secondary institution - Valid California administrative credential. - Administrative and site management experience required. - Master’s degree desirable. Please include the following with a completed application:
