Our ideal candidate is someone who is focused on equitable educational opportunities and desires to work with underserved students and seeks to be involved in shifting the life trajectories of our students. Our population includes students who are systems involved or have exhibited concerning behavior and need someone with the experience, love, and knowledge required to support them and the adults who work with them. The need for experience and understanding around MTSS and interventions that are appropriate and researched based is essential. Bilingual is not required but is a desired qualification.
