Requirements / Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent required. Must complete and pass High School Plant Foreman assessments. Under general supervision, to train and plan the work of custodial and grounds personnel. Has primary responsibility for directing the day-to-day maintenance of a high school plant. Performs heavy physical labor and personally makes maintenance repairs. Performs related work as required. Must have three (3) years of experience in maintaining a large high school facility, including one (1) year in a lead or supervisory capacity, or experience at or equivalent to experience as a Lead Custodian.
