Under the direction of the After School Program Director, assist in the care, supervision, planning and implementation of learning activities of children enrolled in After School Program in accordance with school district policies and in compliance with State and federal regulations.

Working in our After School Program you will join a team to plan and implement innovative STEAM + projects (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics, & more). In addition, to STEAM+ projects you will engage the students in indoor and outdoor games and provide homework help. Through your actions as a role model, you will help to reinforce and build strong character in our students. No day will ever be the same!
Typical work schedule is 2:30-6:00pm (M, T, TH, & F) and 12:30-6:00pm (W)
The After School Program runs 10 months out of the year.
Additional work opportunities during the summer months

This position is not eligible for district-sponsored benefits. After three years of continuous employment, you will be eligible for a part-time health benefit package. This position is automatically enrolled into the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) upon hire.
The After School Program runs 10 months out of the year. However, there are many opportunities to continue to work during Summer Camps and School Breaks.
