The primary responsibility of the Assistant Head of School is to foster a school environment compatible with the philosophy and spirit of the sponsoring Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet. Overseeing the admissions program, the Assistant Head works in collaboration with the Head of School and the Director of Marketing and Communications to establish a robust recruitment plan. The Assistant Head directly supervises all school faculty, the three Assistant Principals, and other school employees as appropriate.
