Teaches 6th, 7th and/or 8th grade Science in a departmentalized setting; assists students in making appropriate life-style adjustments and in investigating careers and vocational choices; collaborates regularly in a Professional Learning Community with other science teachers; communicates concerning student performance with parents and with General and Special Education teachers in other curricular areas.
Requirements / Qualifications
This position is currently available at Marguerite Maze Middle School. Interviews may take place immediately until position is filled. A valid California Single Subject Credential or Supplemental Authorization in Biological Science, or Standard Secondary Credential is required; authorization to teach English Language Learners is required.
The Hollister School District offers a competitive employer contribution of up to $16,914 towards employee's Health and Wellness Benefits' package, in addition to employee's annual salary.
