Kirby School seeks an interim high school history teacher for the entirety of the 2019-2020 school year. This position will be considered for conversion to a full faculty position in Spring of 2020.  Highly qualified candidates may be offered a full faculty position upon hiring.

The ideal candidate possesses some or all of the following: appropriate teaching credential, an advanced degree in humanities, and ample experience in the context of independent and/or public secondary schools.

This position would constitute 100% of FTE and includes health benefits and a salary base that are competitive with CAIS norms.
