Job Summary

Job Summary

The job of Director of Educational Services is done for the purpose/s of driving the District's academic performance by leading the delivery of the District's curriculum, instruction, assessment and professional development programs; coaching and supervising site leadership; leading the effective implementation of District categorical programs; achieving defined District objectives by planning, evaluating, developing, implementing and maintaining services in compliance with established guidelines; and serving as an integral member of District leadership teams. This job is distinguished from similar jobs by the following characteristics: incumbents in this class must have previous experience as a school site administrator. This job reports to Deputy Superintendent - Educational Services.

Requirements / Qualifications

Valid California Administrative Services credential (or certificate of eligibility). Previous experience as a school site administrator
