The Instructional Resources and Materials department is currently recruiting for an Instructional Material Services Clerk. This is a full-time (40-hour) opportunity working a 12-month calendar year.

There is currently one (1) position available: •Working Location is based out of the Instructional Resources and Materials Department •Scheduled for 40 hours per week, 12 months per year TheInstructional Material Services Clerk will be paid on the OTBS Salary Schedule. Salary Grade: 36. This is an open/promotional opportunity, which means that current monthly-salaried employees receive precedence over other candidates on the eligible list.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to three years of recent, progressively responsible experience involving fiscal-clerical or statistical work assignments and maintenance of a large inventory or complex record-keeping system. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Typing/keyboarding certificate at a net corrected speed of 40 words per minute. Applicants must certify in writing that they have such skills. Demonstrated proficiency will be expected during the probationary period for the class.
