Black Oak Speech Therapy, Inc. provides speech, language, reading, and feeding services to children with a wide range of needs using a collaborative approach and evidence-based practices. This independently-owned practice was established in 2017 and provides evaluations and therapy throughout the El Dorado County and greater Sacramento areas. We also provide private individual and group therapy to individuals in our clinic setting, in their home, virtually, and in various school settings. Our therapists have been trained in a variety of techniques for assessment and therapy, such as: Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) approach to feeding, research-based literacy instruction, PROMPT therapy (level 2), Augmentative Alternative Communication assessment/therapy, and more. Job Summary
We are currently seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis, Monday through Friday. A qualified individual will have experience with Autism and is willing to work alongside our other professionals and SLPs/SLPAs to provide therapy at our school-based locations. Opportunities for additional therapy is an option with our early intervention clients and/or private therapy with school-aged clients. Collaborative Team Meetings and Training will be provided. Our team works together as a whole to use children's strengths to support their needs. We are excited to find someone to join our team.
