Before applying for Tulare City School District we ask that you please make sure you have contacted Tulare County Office of Education (TCOE) to get DOJ clearance and have a valid Substitute permit in place. SUBSTITUTE SCHEDULE TIMES ARE 8:00 AM TO 3:30 PM DAILY SUB RATE: $210.00 Per full work day (or $30 per hour for partial assignments)
