POSITION SUMMARY: Are you looking for an opportunity to use your skills in a remote setting while serving Special Education students and working closely with their parents? Do you want a teaching position that allows you to create individualized lesson plans for your students? Are you well versed in technology and enjoy teaching your students through distance learning? If you are a passionate Special Education Teacher who is enthusiastic and engaged with your students then this position at our dynamic and innovative schools may be a great fit for you. The Special Education Teacher provides support for the instructional program for students with special needs, and This position also provides pertinent information and consultant services to staff members and parents and ongoing student assessment and evaluation which may include a combination of in-person and online instruction. The Special Education Teachers supports on-going planning with the General Education teacher and also promotes and supports the school Student Study Team/SAT. This role requires working cooperatively with team members and others to enable the departments to provide the highest level of service possible. Creativity and productivity is encouraged and valued.

-Education - Masters Degree -Credentials/Certifications: Education Specialist credential or other credential authorizing academic instruction to students with disabilities. -Experience: Three (3) year teaching experience preferred
