Welcome to the Banta Unified School District, where we are proud of our long history in education. The district is one of the oldest districts in the county, having been founded to serve area students in the late 1800s. Through the years, Banta has remained a small K-8 school district focused on meeting the needs of its diverse student population. As our district evolves we continue to adapt in order to best prepare our students for the future. We are a growing district with the recent opening of a large housing development within our attendance area and the continued interest in Banta Elementary as a school of choice for families. We are proud of our history and what we have accomplished as a district. At the same time we look forward with excitement to continuing to provide an outstanding and relevant education for our students.
