The job of Office Assistant is done for the purpose/s of supporting the educational process by communicating information to staff and the public; providing complete and accurate records; and providing and/or distributing information and/or direction as may be requested. Employees in this job classification perform the functions and related tasks indigenous to the work assignment and/or location in which they serve.

SELECTION PROCESS: All employees of Sanger Unified School District holding the title of Office Assistant who request a transfer will be granted a site interview. At least three candidates must be interviewed. If there are less than three qualified transfer requests received, applicants from the current or new Eligibility List will also be interviewed for a total of at least three candidates. HOW TO APPLY: Written requests to transfer to this position must be submitted to the SUSD Personnel Commission Office, 1905 7th St., Sanger, CA 93657. Transfer forms are available from the Personnel Commission Office, Human Resources, or on the SUSD website. Go to 'HR' > 'Forms' > 'Transfer Request' to complete the form.
