Requirements / Qualifications
-Two years of general clerical experience, including six (6) months experience working in a library. -Possession of (or in the process of obtaining) a valid and appropriate California Driver's License. -Must demonstrate Highly Qualified status using the following education requirements • Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent AND any one of the following: - Completion of two (2) years of higher education study (48 semester units or 72 quarter units) - Possession of an Associate’s degree or higher degree - Pass the Fontana Unified School District (FUSD) approved Paraprofessional Exam or possession of an FUSD approved Paraprofessional Certificate. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION: -Experience working in a K-12 school library. -Experience working with web-based programs and using the internet.
