San Diego Unified is currently seeking elementary teachers in our Spanish, French and Mandarin immersion programs. We offer a competitive salary plan, with no cap on years of K-12 experience that can be transferred into the district. Teachers can reach the top step with just 17 years of experience. Requirements / Qualifications
On-line employment application & a response to the supplemental questionnaire Cover letter and resume A copy of a valid teaching credential, proof of enrollment in a credentialing program (candidates must be scheduled to graduate within 6 months), proof of intern eligibility, or proof of short-term staffing permit eligibility. Multiple Subject with Bilingual Authorization Contact information for three professional references must be listed under the 'References' section of the application. References should be from a current or previous supervisor. A copy of written reference letters within the last two years is desirable.
