Job Summary
Improve communication between the school and the students' families; promote parent engagement in their children's education; and to encourage greater community involvement in the school. This position requires a flexible schedule. The ultimate goal is to assist parents in becoming more involved with their children's education and to promote a sense of community. Responsibilities will also include assisting administration with after school initiatives at the schools. Oversee Adult Education programs to assess their effectiveness to meet the needs of the parents/community members as well as providing skills and professional development for existing staff.
Requirements / Qualifications
Valid California Credential and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in an educational setting; Valid California Administrative Credential; Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish.
