Proof of the following Requirements: LICENSE: Possession of an Intern Registration Number with the California Board of Behavioral Science as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) EDUCATION: M.A. or M.S in counseling or psychology (Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Clinical Counseling)

  • Certificate Copy (Proof of Intern Registration Number with the California Board of Behavioral Science as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC))
  • Copy of Transcript (Proof of M.A. or M.S in in counseling or psychology (Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Clinical Counseling))
