We are looking for an Education Supervisor to join our Bill's Place team in Memphis, TN. Responsibilities: • Supervise Teacher 1s and Teacher Assistants. • Make sure time cards are correctly entered and every other week make sure they are approved. • Work with direct reports to improve T1/TA skills through SOAPs. • Appraisals for direct reports. • Run Pre-Shift for support staff &and upload Pre-Shift report. • Fill any holes in staffing coverage. • Check out vans and keep a folder of van logs. • Participate as a crisis team member by responding to crisis and completing documentation after crisis situations. • Observe in four classrooms daily. • View classroom behaviors on camera when a problem arises. • Establish and nurture team spirit. • Represent school management at company events.
