Job Summary
The Community School Specialist is a dedicated staff member responsible for coordinating and supporting programs that address the learning barriers for students. In partnership with the site administrator, the Community School Specialist will develop a system of support for students, families, and community members. Additionally, the Community School Specialist is responsible for implementing systems, procedures, and policies; monitoring and implementing projects.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Must possess and maintain a valid Pupil Personnel Services Credential (PPS) school counseling or a valid teaching credential. • Administrative Services Credential is preferred
Any combination of education and experience that would be likely to provide the required knowledge and abilities would be qualifying.
