St. Mary’s High School, a co-ed college preparatory school, is seeking an energetic and visionary educational leader who, working collaboratively with the President and a dedicated professional faculty and staff, will nurture a cohesive, student-centered school culture that embraces its diversity and celebrates its common values.
While holding fast to the school’s 145 history of faith formation, education and service, and honoring the Salesian tradition, the Principal should possess the instructional, team-building and communication skills that will lead to the actualization of the school’s Mission and Philosophy to “…provide opportunities for spiritual growth, strive for educational excellence and empower students with the skills and compassion necessary to thrive in an ever-changing global society.”
The Principal reports to and works in partnership with the President.
The candidate must be a practicing Catholic, with a minimum of five years teaching experience at the high school level and possess an MA in Administration and/or an Administrative Services Credential.
