Requirements / Qualifications
Must prequalify by attaching a typing certificate certifying the required typing speed of 45 net words per minute. Typing certificate must be verifiable and must specify completion of a five minute timed test, state gross words per minute, the number of errors, and indicate net words per minute. Test results must be five years current. Internet and high school typing tests will not be accepted. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Strong data entry skills and experience with Zangle/Q highly desirable. Strong customer service/communication skills; phones, written and oral. This position is subject to work with constant interruptions, possible emergency situations and exposure to dissatisfied individuals.
Possession of, or willingness and ability to obtain a valid California Class C Driver License within 30 days of hire or before driving any equipment/vehicle requiring this license.
May travel to school sites and occasionally work overtime and on weekends.
