Assistant Activities Coordinator, 0.75 FTE - Gridley High School at Gridley Unified School District
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Graduate from high school or general education degree (GED). 2. Three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3. Typing certificate 40 WPM. 4. Ability to use proper grammar, spelling and punctuation. 5. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 6. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. 7. Ability to communicate and interact with staff, students, parents and others in an open, friendly, business-like manner. 8. Ability to work a flexible schedule due to weekend and evening events. Brief Description of Position: 1. Responsible for coordination of all school co-curricular activities between the administration, staff, students and the community. 2. Assists with organization and implementation of student programs, activities, dances and banquets to ensure events are properly conducted and supervised. 3. Coordinates campus fund-raising activities and mange accounting of ASB funds. 4. Plans, prepares and distribute information and presentations to student clubs or groups regarding community activities and events as necessary. 5. Meets with Leadership Advisor to develop monthly activity calendar, report progress and address concerns. Prepare appropriate correspondence and reports. 6. Collect fees and provide receipts for student activities and compile daily bank deposits.
