  2. Current CPR/First Aide Certification
  3. Have experience working in a hospital setting and working with severely disabled children.

The online report will be accepted as long it is printed from the web browser, clicking the 'print' button displayed on the Driver History Report page (The Driver History Report page cannot be accepted, you MUST click the print button and save as a PDF to attach); copy/paste versions will not be accepted.   5. Three References listed on application (In-house candidates must attach 3 professional references as well and may use the “professional references form,” which is linked on the job posting).
