Small Group Instructor (SGI) Year-round (School year, Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring breaks) Full-time, non-exempt Reports to: Assistant Principal Summary Description: The Small Group Instructor (SGI) is responsible for working with teachers and students to help facilitate learning in the classroom. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with peers, teachers, and students, have a deep commitment to student achievement, hold students and self to high expectations, and uphold the school culture at all times. This assignment is designed to ensure all scholars have access to rigorous, research-based learning opportunities at their instructional level as well as prepare the incumbent to become a classroom teacher within 12-18 months.
