Plans, organizes, directs, and integrates a complex system of teaching and learning including the organizational alignment of curriculum, instruction and support programs related to and student achievement. Provides leadership, accountability, and vision for the District's academic services and the performance of all schools. Directs academic management of schools including services such as special education and categorical programs.
Requirements / Qualifications
This position requires a Master's Degree from an accredited university with major coursework in education, along with a valid Administrative Credential, and 12 years of progressive experience, five of which will be in site-based and District leadership capacities. A Doctorate in education is preferred and my substitute for some experience.
