The Admissions Directors Key activities:
- Achieve sales goals by preparing and planning strategies for building new relationships and maintaining existing relationships.
- Demonstrate perseverance and efficiency in following-up and following through with all customer engagements.
- Understand the principles of successful networking and execute well across all available platforms.
- Maintain a high level of confidence in communicating with and selling to primary decision makers.
- With pre-planned effectiveness, strategically navigate a route to successful goal pursuit.
- Develop crossing-selling/up-selling strategy to increase growth of additional service.
- Accurately, effectively, and consistently maintain CRM/Pipeline Reporting for executive review.
- Practice and develop closing strategies with the team to increase conversion rate.
The following results are expected by the Admissions Director:
- Increase new business growth—Convert 10 new students per year from community outreach events.
- Sustain existing business growth—Maintain 90% enrollment retention throughout the year.
- Enrollment Growth- Exceed monthly and yearly enrollment growth target.
- Beat competition head to head—Rise above local market competition and stats.
- Reinforce value-add components/contributions—Communicate Fairmont’s value proposition to everyone they meet – From Fairmont’s own family, to partners, to new clients.
- Innovate—Identify additional opportunities to strengthen and increase market share.
