Program Director, Leadership Development and Support Services at Madera County Superintendent of Schools
Requirements / Qualifications
Under the direction of an assigned administrator, plan, organize, and oversee the operations of assigned credential programs; assist with training needs in the county and region, recruit participants, plan, organize, market, direct, and conduct training, and provide follow-through services.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: Master’s Degree in education or related field with a focus in leadership training and at least three years successful administrative experience at a school, district, or county level. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a valid California Administrative Services Credential. Possession of a valid California Class C driver’s license. Incumbents must be insurable by the liability carrier for the Madera County Superintendent of Schools.
