HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST ****IN-HOUSE PROMOTIONAL**** at Sanger Unified School District
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or equivalent and three years of progressively responsible job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required. Relevant experience, education, certificates and/or licenses may be substituted.
SELECTION PROCESS: The selection process will include screening to ensure application is complete and applicant meets minimum qualifications. The process will include a written examination for all qualified applicants to be scheduled on July 7, 2020. Candidates achieving a passing score of 70% will be invited to the oral examination scheduled on July 15, 2020. Passing score is 70% on each exam. An eligibility list will be established and the top 3 ranks of candidates from the list will receive a final interview by the Director of Classified Personnel. All examinations are based on the job description for the position. Job descriptions are available on the district website, at www.sanger.k12.ca.us or in the Personnel Commission Office.
