Requirements / Qualifications
Please submit application, cover letter, at least two recent letters of recommendation, resume, Bachelor's Degree or higher with an earned degree in occupational therapy from a college or university with an accredited occupational therapy program. Current license from the California Board of Occupational Therapy. Valid certificate from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
