Job Summary
Pacific Coast Academy is hiring an Administrator of Vendor Services to oversee the Vendor Department for a charter school that serves homeschool students. As an Administrator, you will oversee a team of 30+ Vendor Specialists and Coordinators, ensuring that vendors are timely and accurately onboarded and ensuring vendor invoices are processed timely and accurately while following school guidelines. You will provide training and guidance on vendor guidelines and best practices. You will develop processes and procedures for the department to ensure a high level of customer service and will implement strategies to strengthen the culture and morale of the department.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Must have 6 months experience in a Charter School - Proven leadership skills - Possess a strong work ethic - Excellent computer skills - Ability to problem solve - Communicate well - Exceptional customer service skills
